Working as a Radio Access Technician/Rigger with over 4 years in the telecommunications industry, I have gained my skills in deploying, installing, maintaining and optimizing radio access networks to ensure the seamless connectivity and high-performance internet connection in various areas that access should be made. My role involved a variety of task but focused on installing and maintaining radio antennas. Every area that needs to be worked with it was a new challenge and a new learning opportunity which make my job exciting and rewarding.
As part of my responsibility, I am also assigned in installing various equipment such as antennas, base transceiver stations and radio heads. In working with heights it is always important to be proficient in using specialized tools and materials for the safety protocols and adherence to industry standards.
I am collaborated closely with cross-functional terms including the assigned engineers in the area and project managers to ensure the excellent of delivery of the projects on time and within the budget constraints.
I took pride in performing my duties with precision and care, knowing that our work was for maintaining effective communication systems in the area.
